How do I check availability?
Send an inquiry with your dates, preferred property and group details. We’ll respond with current availability and rates.
How do I pay for my stay?
We’ll confirm payment instructions directly when your stay and terms have been agreed. Please never send card details through the inquiry form.
Is a request a confirmed reservation?
No. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Serendipity.
Do weddings and other events require a minimum stay?
Yes. All weddings and other private events require a minimum two-night stay, a separate event fee and advance host approval. Guests arrange their own event planners and vendors.
What are the cancellation and deposit policies?
Applicable deposit, payment and cancellation terms are provided before you confirm a reservation.
