We provide the venue; guests arrange their own event planners, vendors, equipment and services. Please contact us before making plans or inviting outside guests so we can confirm availability and venue requirements.

We can consider larger events on request. The final guest count depends on the proposed layout, safe access, restroom facilities and operating arrangements—not tent dimensions alone.

- Beach access from the property
Additional restroom facilities may be necessary for larger gatherings. Guests arrange their own event equipment and vendors; use of the property and event setup require advance approval.

Use of the venue for a private event requires advance approval and written confirmation from Serendipity. Event planning and vendor coordination remain the guest’s responsibility.

Minimum two-night stay
All weddings and other private events require at least two nights of lodging.

Separate event fee
An additional event fee applies on top of the lodging cost. We provide a quote for your occasion.
We have previously hosted 50 event guests. Larger gatherings may be considered, but attendance is confirmed only after reviewing seating plans, access, restroom arrangements and applicable safety and local requirements. Tent dimensions do not establish an approved guest capacity.
