A soulful Jamaican setting for meaningful experiences.
At Serendipity, we believe a retreat doesn’t have to be filled with activities to be meaningful.
Sometimes it’s the quiet of an ocean sunrise, an afternoon beside the river, or a conversation that unfolds naturally around the fire.
For those seeking a little more guidance, we’re developing intimate facilitated retreats with opportunities for reflection, creativity, and connection—always with room to follow your own rhythm.
The bamboo grove, the firepit, the sunrise and the water are there to experience in your own way. There is no expectation to make every moment an activity.
We provide the possibilities. You choose your rhythm.
Imagine gathering your group beside the ocean, sharing reflections beneath the bamboo, exploring the river and farm, and discovering the natural beauty and culture of Portland, Jamaica.
At Serendipity, we welcome retreat leaders and facilitators seeking a setting that combines authentic Jamaican hospitality, accommodations, gathering spaces, and locally arranged experiences.
Whether you’re planning a leadership retreat, creative gathering, or personal development experience, we’d love to explore what’s possible together.
Inquire About Hosting ↗We welcome collaborators who know how to hold space while leaving room for unstructured time, spontaneous conversation and quiet. Together, we can explore an experience with a light touch of guidance and freedom for each guest to choose their own pace.
