Policies & privacy.

Not a live booking policy. These are prelaunch placeholders. A legally reviewed privacy notice, terms, house rules, cancellation policy, payment policy and operator contact details must replace this page before direct payment is enabled.

Privacy

The Serendipity website does not collect credit-card information or accept reservations or payments. If you submit our inquiry form, we collect the name, email, dates, group details and message you choose to share to respond to your request. The inquiry is processed through Netlify Forms and sends a notification to our existing Gmail business inbox. We use inquiry information to communicate with you about Serendipity stays, activities or events. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. For questions about information you submit, contact Serendipity.BeachVilla@gmail.com. Full website privacy and reservation terms will be finalized before direct payments are enabled.

Reservation terms

Final property-specific minimum stays, guest limits, cleaning fees, deposits, cancellation terms, applicable taxes and accepted payment methods will be presented before checkout once the booking system is configured.

Weddings and private events

Weddings and all other private events require a minimum two-night lodging reservation and a separate event fee, quoted in addition to the stay. Every event is subject to advance host approval, written confirmation and final event arrangements. Other terms and charges remain under review.

House rules

Guest occupancy, event approval, property access and water safety instructions must be confirmed for each retreat before launch.
